Here are 5 workbooks for some French films. I have selected the films with English secondary-school MFL learners (KS3 & 4) in mind, especially boys. Many activities are also suitable for A-Level learners.
Some activities include observational quizzes in English on a section of the film, focussing mainly on visuals. I have found that pupils of all abilities respond extremely well to these. They show remarkable powers of concentration and recall when it comes to visual detail.
I hope you find the materials useful. I've included Mr Bean's Holiday, although it's not really a French film. However, as with the others, there is scope for some useful work on language and cultural background.
